WHICH YEARS CAN I SETTLE WITH WISO HAUSVERWALTER?
With this software you can create invoices for the accounting year (2018) stated on the product packaging or in the product description. The payroll year includes all payroll periods (max. 365 days) that begin in the corresponding calendar year. All other functions can be used without restriction.

Depending on the number of objects and units to be managed, you can choose between three versions:
- Start up to 10 housing units
- Standard up to 50 housing units
- Professional up to 150 residential units
If the number of objects grows, WISO Hausverwalter is flexible. You can unlock additional housing units directly from the software at any time (subject to a charge and including the purchase price). Data that has already been entered is automatically transferred and you can continue working immediately.
