What is so special about PaperPort Anywhere?
PaperPort Anywhere was designed with PaperPort users in mind. Because they have already set up clever document processes with the software, often over years. PaperPort Anywhere fits seamlessly into the PaperPort 14 desktop and automatically makes its folder available to the cloud.
Once connected, everything you do on the PaperPort desktop is done in PaperPort Anywhere. This makes it easy to enter the cloud without changing existing structures. Once the files are in the cloud, they can be opened, viewed and distributed from any device, regardless of location. That's enormously practical!
What if other cloud services are already in use?
PaperPort is also suitable for users who already use the cloud, as it provides an uncomplicated connection. It includes the Nuance Cloud Connector, introduced with OmniPage 18, which enables PDF scanning, viewing and editing in other cloud services.
The connector gives direct access to cloud services such as Google® text & Tabellen™, Windows® Live SkyDrive®, Box.net and others. It's ideal as a solution if you only use the cloud occasionally to store documents, your folders don't contain a lot of documents, and your organizational structure differs from that of your PC.
